Terms & Conditions

1. Parent/Guardian Responsibility The Play Patch provides a safe, engaging play space, but parents/guardians are responsible for actively supervising their child(ren) at all times. The Play Patch is not a drop-off service; parents/guardians must remain on-site throughout the session. 2. Health & Safety Sensory play activities may contain natural ingredients, food-based items, and small loose parts. While all materials are non-toxic, parents are responsible for ensuring their child does not consume anything that may pose a choking, allergy, or intolerance risk. It is the parent/guardian's responsibility to inform staff of any allergies or medical conditions at the time of booking. By attending, you acknowledge that The Play Patch is not liable for allergic reactions, choking hazards, or any related incidents. 3. Respect for Equipment & Play Spaces We ask all families to treat our play equipment, resources, and spaces with care. Any intentional damage or misuse of equipment may result in a charge for replacement or repair. Play setups are for shared use—please encourage your child to be respectful of others. 4. Hygiene & Wellbeing If your child is sick or unwell, we kindly ask that you do not attend to help protect the health of others. Handwashing and sanitization stations are available, and we encourage all attendees to use them. 5. Bookings, Cancellations & Refunds All bookings are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date if 24 hours' notice is given. In the case of severe weather or an unforeseen event that affects an outdoor session, we will provide options for rescheduling or a session credit. 6. Photography & Media We may capture photos/videos for promotional use. If you do not consent, please notify us upon arrival. 7. Liability Waiver By attending, you acknowledge and accept that The Play Patch is a sensory play experience and that participation is at your own risk. The Play Patch, its staff, and vendors are not responsible for any injury, illness, allergic reaction, or loss/damage of personal belongings.
