By booking a Play Patch x Mini Explorers Soft Play Pop-Up Event, you acknowledge and accept the following Terms & Conditions. 1. Parent/Guardian Responsibility Parents/guardians are responsible for actively supervising their children at all times. The Play Patch is not a drop-off service; parents must remain on-site for the session. 2. Health & Safety Sensory activities may contain natural ingredients, food-based items, and small loose parts. While all materials are non-toxic, parents must ensure their child does not consume anything that may pose a choking, allergy, or intolerance risk. Parents/guardians must inform staff of any allergies or medical conditions at the time of booking. By attending, you acknowledge that The Play Patch is not liable for allergic reactions, choking hazards, or any related incidents. 3. Soft Play Rules (Mini Explorers) To ensure a safe & fun experience: ✅ Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult (18+). ✅ Shoes must be removed before entering the soft play area. ✅ No food, drinks, paint, glitter, or face painting in or near the soft play. ✅ No rough play, wrestling, or climbing on soft play equipment. ✅ No pets or sharp objects near the play area. ✅ Adults may not sit, stand, or lean on the soft play equipment. ✅ Smoking (including vaping) is prohibited near the play area. ✅ Soft play is for children aged 4 & under—older children are not permitted. 4. Respect for Equipment & Play Spaces We ask all families to treat our equipment with care. Any intentional damage or misuse may result in a charge for replacement or repair. Play setups are for shared use—please encourage your child to be respectful of others. 5. Hygiene & Wellbeing If your child is sick or unwell, please do not attend to protect others. Handwashing and sanitization stations are available for use. 6. Bookings, Cancellations & Refunds All bookings are non-refundable, but can be transferred with 24 hours’ notice. If a session is canceled due to severe weather or unforeseen events, a reschedule or session credit will be offered. 7. Liability & Damages Parents/guardians assume full responsibility for their child’s safety. Mini Explorers Soft Play Hire and The Play Patch are not liable for injuries, damages, or loss of personal belongings. Any damages to soft play equipment due to misuse must be covered by the responsible party. 8. Photography & Media Photos/videos may be taken for promotional purposes.
